Being a mother of three I know what it is like to have to work at it to get back in shape after a baby. For me it was both an issue of health and me time, but how do you fit in exercise with a new baby? The answer is my buggyfit class; the ultimate group fitness class for new mums wanting to get back in shape after their new arrival. This power walking class, with strengthening and toning exercises is proving to be the answer to shifting postnatal weight and re-toning your body after giving birth.

Kettlebells are the ultimate fitness tool for a total body workout. Group kettlebell classes provide a powerful workout in a fun group environment and are available at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
