Introduction to Maggie Fordham
I understand that everyone has individual needs and believe in people taking care of themselves and being their best. My job is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, to overcome obstacles, excuses, distractions, and self-doubt to make those dreams a reality. For more than ten years as a personal trainer I have worked with women to build their knowledge, motivation, self-confidence and self-discipline. It's the best job in the world to repeatedly see people achieve and surpass their goals and to make lasting changes.
